You can return any eligible item for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

Eligibility for a Return

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same new condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that sale items and custom/personalized products are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return.


 

How to Start a Return (3 Simple Steps)

 

Step 1: Contact Us First Please send an email to support@trendiq.shop with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Step 2: Get Instructions Our team will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Step 3: Ship Your Item Package your item securely and send it back. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.


 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to let you know it has arrived.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please remember that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

 

We’re so sorry if your order arrived in less-than-perfect condition! Please contact us at support@trendiq.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will work quickly to make it right.
