Order Processing

 

All orders are processed and handed off to our shipping partners within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

 

Estimated Shipping Times

 

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Please note that shipping can occasionally be delayed due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

 

Shipping Rates

 

Domestic (within USA)

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over 59$.

For orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the final cost before confirming your payment.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to view your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

 

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches your country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Trendiq™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

 

Addressing Shipping Issues

 

Incorrect Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@trendiq.shop. We cannot guarantee address changes if the order has already been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at support@trendiq.shop. While Trendiq™ is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, we will do everything in our power to assist you with the carrier's claim process.

 

Return Shipping

 

For details on how to return an item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective.
